We were tasked with overhauling the client’s dated and inconsistent brand identity, to better position them as the market leaders they are. We crafted a logo arrangement that pertains to the core of their business, along with a wider suite of brand elements that grant a richer user-experience and allows the client to tell their story effectively.

The guiding objective for the rebrand was to optimise the client’s digital presence. Advancing technology and user expectations meant that their high standard of service was not reflected in their online appearance.

Finding the right tone of voice was equally important for the client to communicate their message online, across digital platforms that are over-crowded with voices battling for attention. We worked with the client to develop a tone that felt friendly, informed and helpful.
